By submitting this Form, the Author/Publisher hereby agrees to the terms set forth in this Request For Services Contract. This
Contract is deemed valid and in-force between the Author/Publisher and DigitalWrite (a division of SRS Internet Publishing) upon payment of fees and delivery of services. The Author/Publisher acknowledges that
by submitting this form, s/he is purchasing electronic content conversion services, and that said services will be charged to the credit card provided by the Author/Publisher. Upon receipt of files and payment,
DigitalWrite will provide the services indicated.
The Author/Publisher agrees to indemnify SRS Internet Publishing and its employees, shareholders, directors, representatives,
successors and assigns of and from all and any manner of claims, liabilities, damages, expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees), awards, and judgments resulting from claims of (i) third parties regarding
ownership, libel, slander, plagiarism, privacy, misappropriation, and similar claims arrising from publication of the Work(s) submitted by the Author/Publisher and (ii) Author's/Publisher’s breach of any
warranty in this Contract.
The Author acknowledges and agrees that DigitalWrite acquires no right of ownership to the Work(s) under this Contract; that
DigitalWrite is a provider of limited services only (i.e. electronic content converstion, webpage creation and hosting) and assumes no responsibility for reviewing or correcting the content of the Work(s).
